The sprites were very well animated.. You shouldnt have given up though.

This idea had promise, and you have some obvious potential and talent ( especially with the voice acting ). However, I would expect more from something you spent about 24hrs on. . looking forward to your future submissions.

This was a response to yesterday's "Mine Mine Minecraft" which, even after trying and putting a lot of love into, got crap reviews. So I made a crappy short that took no skill and little talent to create in a very small time span because I was tired of spending time on shit that went nowhere. Hence this exists.
That and I like DayZ.
But yes I see what you're saying. :]

The effect could use some polish. You should try applying this effect to a finished production, rather than a 2 second loop.

Some of the jokes were funny, but poorly drawn anime cleavage hardly makes up for anything.

I really enjoyed seeing your work, and its obvious you've come a long way. The improvement shows throughout this. One suggestion I would make is adding some engaging music to this. Even the best demo reels can get boring without it. Nice job!

As much as I enjoyed some of the decent animation.. Its really hard to get past the incomprehensible ranting and screaming..

[Short Story]

So you animated a bunch of generic shapes moving in 2D and 3D shapes.. Then added narration that left me confused. While some of the animated bits presented well, most of this was lost on me. What was your intention with this?

This Intention is that this is a conceptual art piece. I chose 3d as my medium to create a visual space that the viewer can be part of. I am only one person, since this piece is conceptual and not meant for entertainment I did not want to focus all of my time and effort on creating an amazingly beautiful 3d animation. There are studios of 3d animators who can pump out amazing, beautiful, heartwarming stories much better and faster than I can. I'd rather not compete with 3d animation studios, and get blown out of the water.

Great first episode! Heres some suggestions:
Give the viewers a choice between english and spanish subtitles. I can read spanish just fine, but theres a lot of us who cant. I would recommend practicing frame by frame for your next submission. Your tweens and movie clips were very well done, but those will only get you so far. Good job!

"Of course, mom!..Thats why I came" lmao! that is hands down one of the best quotes ever. Loved the Nintendo references, and funny dialogue.

Very interesting story from the perspective of an interactive Christmas wreath.. I did laugh out loud to this, and it was pretty funny.
